I would think if you spend 500.00 at Star in Mesquite you would at least get thank you, a smile...something. Most of the employees are sp ornery. Im thinking St. George is not that far away in the future. Horrible service in Mesquite. If there was half a star, you would get that.
I’ve had very poor communication with the manager; he has a massive ego. I am often very patient, but he really needs to be a better person toward me. Once, he said things to me that I didn't deserve—specifically: "If you’re here, it’s to buy, not to chat with the people who work here." But the only reason I speak is to ask about the materials they sell! How stupid.
The very best plant nursery!
This fine young gentleman was extremely attentive with helping me choose a new pot for my amazing new syngonium I got the other day. He followed me around and helped me pick the perfect one. He nicely walked around with me, smelling all the new flowers, herbs and vegetables they have in stock. I rewarded his top notch customer service with a few chin scratches and back pats until he went on to help the next excited customer to see him. I will be back!
They are a great People, good service, they give our Christmas tree for free. Thank you guys. God bless you all.
