Placed an order for in-store pick up at this location a day in advance and when I arrived they didn't have my order number. And they cannot refund me. Terrible service. Thieves.

I come here a lot for crickets for my frogs and other supplies, and Ive often had to wait for someone to get over to the crickets counter, sometimes the wait isn’t long at all, and sometimes it’s ridiculous, I ran in to get my crickets and my gf asked for someone at the cricket counter after not seeing an employee there, I did find someone helping another customer with fish and I was perfectly fine with waiting and asking after she was done, she gets called to the cricket desk over the radio, and I hear “yeah they’re already here bugging me”, and when she finally goes over to the counter she took way longer then ever before (this employee has gotten me crickets before) and completely ignored me besides at the end going “here you go”. I put 3 stars because all the other employees are generally very nice and the store is nice and well stocked, but I do not appreciate being belittled while trying to make a purchase. I expect a lot better especially as a regular to this store

Beautiful store. Great selection of items. Pricesxaee high but it isxa wonderful place to shop.
