We hired Todd's to transform our backyard from dead and dying grass and weeds to a gorgeous hardscape and couldn't be happier. From design to quoting to implementation the entire process was fantastic. Todd's recommended several things we hadn't thought of to really elevate the space and the work crew was just fantastic. Everyone so kind and helpful. Lastly, Brad you were totally right we really did need those boulders to break up the space and add depth. Thanks!!!

So, I made this grand trek from Auburn on my one precious day off, lured by the promise of a Pacific Northwest Pollinators flower mix listed as "in stock." After 20 minutes of plant-spotting in a silent void with no employee in site. When, we finally spotted an employee, she didnt glance up or even act like we were there. I swear this employee was more interested in becoming a ninja than actually helping her flowerly challenged customers. We even gave her many golden opportunities by loudly talking and questioning where it could be along with other not so subtle ques that we are flowerly challenged and needed help. Hoping she would do her planterly duties by asking what we needed help with. She didnt even have enough decency to glance our way. Yet when I finally asked, she barely glanced up and just muttered, "We don’t have that," before turning her back and disappearing faster than a rose))))8 in Antarctica. She didnt offer to help find a replacement, ask about the product, didnt offer suggestions about a replacementl......absolutely NOTHING! She acted as though we were there to try and kidnap her for some sort of flower proding experiment. Literally she made us question our sanity, neither of us has ever had customer service so terrible. We had plants in the cart, but we left with empty hands—and even emptier patience. Trust me, save yourself the hassle; this place is a no-go, and their prices? As dead as their customer service. I wouldnt spend a dime at this place, I honestly feel badly for the plants having to be around that daily..... If I could give this place negative 10 stars I'd give it negative 14.
