Unbelievably rude employees. Had to drive quite far to get there. Planned my day around being able to browse and select plants. No change to hours posted on the website, Google, the sign out front or anything else. Was told to "hurry up and choose because we close in 9 minutes" was treated like an annoyance. What kind of respectable business doesn't post their hours will be changed. I get it was hot out that day but it's not like they didn't know all week that it would be hot they could've said anything at all on any of their platforms. Furthermore, most of their options were basically completely dead or very very bug infested. Truly sad to see a place I loved treat their patrons and their plants with such detest. I won't be returning. You shouldn't either.

I purchased a hanging begonia as I was leaving I was stopped by an employee who said that the begonia was pulled and should not have been sold. They asked me where I found it I told them the 3rd green house from last. A worker went and looked and came back and said there were several hanging in Greenhouse 9. The woman who stopped me said they were supposed to be in greenhouse 11. She kept offering me a discount on something else all I wanted was my money back. She then offered the plant or my money, I choose the plant. As I loaded my car a man came up and said I had crossed a roped off area. THAT IS A FALSE ACCUSATION!! I understand if mistakes were made but it is unacceptable that the owner would accuse me of wrong doing instead of apologizing! What a horrible person
