Overall a good selection, a beautiful space, and I've enjoyed learning about new species here. It falls short of five stars for me because they are still selling English Ivy and other aggressive or invasive species without clear labeling. I'd like to see sections organized to specifically feature natives or other ecological helpers, and clear warnings to identify plants that should only be considered in contained spaces. It's exhausting to have to either ask about every single plant or be constantly researching on my phone in order to avoid bringing home a plant that will smother my others or harm the neighborhood.

The people were wonderful, we bought 2 larger plants and to be honest we feel we rescued them. The attention is all on the pretty annuals.

It's essential when someone does spectacular work to let others know. We have used Decker's Nursery for the past two years after using another firm for almost 15 years. It is great to be able to post that their work is done professionally, timely and with a deep commitment to customer satisfaction. Great work and thank you.

I'm giving it 3 stars because I have been going there for a few years now, and have always been helped in a kind and respectful manner. The last time I was there, not so much. I went in looking for specific plants, I said excuse me to a heavy set young lady with glasses on. First she looked at me as if I were a pauper, and pretty much treated me as such. I asked her about the plants and she just pointed to an area and said "they are over there". Then I asked about another plant and she said "they are taking it off the truck". Not, how many do you want?" Or "if you can wait a bit I can get them for you" oh, I forgot to mention the delivery truck was gone. Now mind you I was a retail manager and know how paying customers should be treated, especially when they approach you with respect. It wasn't a weekend, and we're not crazy busy. I left a bit angry and insulted, I was only going to give it only one star 🌟, but I took into consideration my past experiences. I really hope they step it up. So for now I will take my business elsewhere. Such a disappointment.
