Very bad costumer service I experienced this year , been coming here for the past 3 years to buy trees for my backyard the gentleman at the Long Island location was very dismissive made me feel like I was bothering upon asking a question about prices and plants had to ask for help to load the plants into by vehicle just think there costumer service should be more appropriate regardless of that ended up spending almost 800 dollars in plants they all look very nice and healthy .

I had an event at my home and needed the trees delivered quickly. Not only did they deliver them the day before my event, but I also paid a little extra to have them professionally planted. My property has very heavy, clay-like soil, and the crew went above and beyond to make sure the trees had the best chance of thriving. They actually went back to get special soil and rocks to place underneath the trees so they would have proper drainage and support. I cannot say enough good things about this company, especially Kelly, who organized everything from start to finish. She was professional, responsive, and truly dedicated to making sure I was completely satisfied. 4 years ago I reluctantly called a number to ask about buying a couple of palm trees for our newly finished pool deck. I’m a “see it in person” kind of guy, so I was outside of my comfort zone trusting someone on the phone to deliver a product sight unseen. I got Kelly on the phone and I couldn’t be happier that I did. Kelly patiently answered all of my questions regarding size, number of stems, species, lead time, etc. She stuck it out as I annoyingly described my yard and my specific needs for the trees. Pro level customer service. A day later, two 12 foot tall trees were delivered by a polite young man with muscles growing out of his muscles. Wheeled them from the truck into my back yard and put them exactly where I wanted them. I’ve called Kelly every year since then and she’s just as sweet each time. Each year she sends another baby-faced, muscle bound kid that I have to keep my wife away from. Aside from developing an inferiority complex watching these kids toss around a 200 pound tree like it’s a football, every year has been a seamless, stress free experience. The trees: Haven’t had a bad one yet. They show up green and perky and they last through November when it really starts getting cold. I couldn’t tell you if their prices are good or not because I’ve never shopped anywhere else- and I won’t. But here’s my advice: Save your car. Save your back. Save yourself a hassle. Give these tree mongers a call and make a little slice of paradise in your yard with some beautiful tropical trees.
