Cheap Sam's Plant Bargains

Stay a way from this place I purchased 4 plants from this place brought home planted water it and took care of it as much as any plants needed, they start dying. I called them. They said bring it back we will exchange it for you. I spent 30 minutes digging out driving 30 minutes and then spoke to their manager his name is Melvin. First. He told me he will take them back and then after he speak in Spanish with other workers then he came back and say they are not gonna take it back when I ask him why you said first you will take it back or exchange it, why did you change your mind? He was so rude he said he is the manager he can do what ever he wants he doesn’t have to give me explanation I said can I speak to the owner? He said he’s the only one who can help me there he didn’t help me and he was very rude. Stay away from this place. They are not cheap. Their products are very low quality.i will never go back and i will complain yo consumer affairs and better business bureau somebody has to check their businesses

Worst customer service!!! Bought grass maiden … planted it watered it and died…. Brought it back within 2 weeks with receipt for an exchange didn’t want my money back …. Manager named Melvin was of no help and lacked people skill! Definitely calling better business bureau … Speaking to other families out here on the Island and now hearing similar stories…. Btw cheap Sam’s isn’t cheap either!!!!

Worst company ever. I spent more than 10k buying trees and when they came to plant the trees then didn’t even use soil or anything and they planted the trees in a way that is indescribable and I tried to reach out to the manager and definitely no response.

Place is awesome!Drive thru the nursery pick out your plant's load up the truck and on your way.Highly recommend this place...
