How can I tell if my pond deicer is working? I lost a couple of fish over the winter and am wondering if this might be the problem. Several fish did survive, so I’m not sure if the deicer is faulty or if something else killed them. Thanks

Good selection of water plants, fair prices. Staff were very welcoming and friendly helping to show me how to pick good plants and explained things to me about hysyth I didn't know about. Thank you! They also had a good amount of fish and other pond essentials.

They were working on the property next door. And cut down 4 small trees on my property that I used for privacy cover. When the owner John came out to talk to me he offered to put in 1 5 foot pine tree. I explained that wouldn't cover the area that my trees covered and that people could see right into my house coming all the way down my road. He refused to discuss any other resolutions and advised I call a lawyer. I since filed bbb complaints, carb complaint, nys attorney general complaint, and a complaint to Erie county. Stay far away from this company. They don't care about anything other then their bottom line

They built a fountain for us, when the fountain started to leak they did not want to come and fix it
