Garden Center at Adams

Long time annual customers at their Newburgh location, primarily only for nursery/garden supplies during the spring and summer seasons. Last year, did all our spring buying at their new Middletown location. One of the trees began to not look so great, and by the fall had died. Called the garden center regarding their replacement policy. Was told to bring the tag from the tree, the receipt and a picture of it in. Was also told to wait for the spring, as he wouldn't have a replacement item in stock at the time of my call. Fast forward to yesterday and went we went to follow up, were informed we needed to bring the tree carcass. Frustrating, because I could have easily kept it, but based on the clerk's directions last fall, I didn't. Needless to say, left without our replacement, as well as the other items we intended to pick up yesterday. Not a huge deal, it was only $89, but it is the exact kind of interaction that leaves a bad taste in your mouth and prompts you to look for an alternative nursery.

The Garden center the ladies were very educated and very understanding . I will be coming back to make more purchases .

Maureen in floral went above and beyond helping me get last minute poinsettias to decorate a church for a wedding. The poinsettias were absolutely beautiful on the alter. I was very impressed with every employee I came in contact with in this store. They were all amazing!
