Please stay far away from this company and anyone associated with them. They delivered the trees as promised, but also ran over my existing landscaping in the process, causing damage. Any attempt to reach them to resolve the matter has been ignored. Please stay far away. Thank you for your attention to this matter
I bought 75 trees from Kerrivale Trees and Shrubs. The whole process was easy and spot on! I got a little nervous the day before the trees arrived so I texted John. He got right on the phone, called me and put all my worries at ease. The crew that delivered were wonderful, buying was easy, communication was excellent and the Green Giant Thujas are gorgeous! Very competitive pricing too. All around A++ Thank you! I will buy from Kerrivale Trees and Shrubs again.

We had tree planted back in April and first, they brough the wrong sized trees, but I let it go as a mistake. Then, several of the trees died. One was planted directly on top of a buried stump. I reached out to have them replaced and no on got back to me. I wrote a negative review and magically they texted me back immediately. They said they would schedule an install for the second week in September when they start working again but that I would have to pay for the new trees. I followed up in early September, and after 3 texts they responded asking how many trees. After that I have received no responses. I have tried to call but the voicemail is full. Hoping this post will get me a response. Sad because when they do respond, they seem nice but the process has been extremely frustrating!!
Found Dan from Kerrivale farms on Facebook. He was very prompt replying to my inquiries and the pricing seemed almost too good to be true. After figuring out how many emerald greens I needed we set up delivery. Junior showed up and got right to work. He had 14 plants in the ground in no time. Upon completing install they cleaned up and mess created by moving trees. They were very professional and plan to have more trees installed in the spring.
