Always love visiting Copia! Everything is great: from plants to tools to baby chicks, and free advice from the staff. It’s like an extended family, everyone is friendly. Farmer’s grinds’s coffee is the best and the super big sugar donut is a must!

I love this nursery, it’s my favorite in the area. There are so many choices with a large greenhouse, a large outdoor area and an indoor space with houseplants, seeds, great pots and containers. There is everything you could want including a cafe. The service is lovely. I also love to buy my Christmas tree here! It’s one of my favorite places and the quality of the plants and shrubs is excellent.

Visited today. This place is getting worse every year. Now rock bottom. Very few Xmas trees available. All grossly overpriced. Looks like Xmas tree graveyard and not Marry Xmas shop. Wreaths grossly overpriced. About double what others are charging. Most are dried out. Wanted to get a cup of coffee at the store. Looks very dirty. Could not even use the bathroom. Staff very paranoid, Managment/owner must be very poor. If there is no bathroom I wonder where the staff go and wash their hands. On the other hand if they write this to keep people away, they are just plain nasty and unfriendly. In either case would not visit or shop here. The only positive is the two cats at the store.

Disappointing customer service / poor communication from the young girls at the coffee counter. I left without completing my purchase. All for the best, honestly surprised this place even serves food given how dirty / dilapidated the building is
