Arrived at Wayside this morning to buy about 15 perennials for a new garden with my kids. Before I could even choose my first plant, I was accosted by a staff member who told me I wasn't allowed to use the cart I chose - I was supposed to use the carts stored in the back of the garden and not the ones that are at the entrance - and that my kids were a liability to the store. I want to thank this employee telling me this information as rudely as possible because it motivated me to take my business across the street to Lowes where I was able to complete my shopping list for much better prices than Wayside had.

Massive selection of beautiful plants and flowers. Prices are reasonable as well but can quickly add up with how many amazing ones they have

I haven’t even gone to get my tree yet, but Jen had the most amazing customer service I have ever experienced over the phone! She was warm, friendly, knowledgeable and was so lovely to talk to. What an incredible worker and person to have at this company! My girl Jen deserves the world.

It would be 5 stars if only a bit less expensive. The staff are awesome and the selection is tremendous!
