Normally like this place but went in real quick to look at a couple snails about 20 mins before they closed. While we were looking we were actually ready to ask for a question but before that was told by a lady they were closing soon while walking away from us instead of asking if we needed help with something. She seemed busy and dismissive so we thought she needed to get something done after closing. So we left without getting anything just to see the same lady get in a vehicle at 5:55 and leave minutes early. So she seemed like she was in a hurry for us to leave without helping so she can leave 5 minutes early. Just was a bad look to us and made us feel disappointed. I hope rushing out before closing time isn't allowed for the workers that work customer service. All the other works are usually great and friendly and let us know if we need help to ask when they see us. Hopefully this lady was just having a bad day and needed to get home quick if so then I apologize but if this is normal behavior its not good.

It was very nice people at the desk and my granddaughter had boughten a collar for the dog and it did not fit the dog. It was too big so they let us exchange it for a smaller one
