Had a chat with Brook on the phone about aquatic plants and she was very helpful helping me find what I needed. Even went above and beyond and told me specific plants they had without me having to ask. Thank you.

Just an overall weird experience. We found some large ceramic flowerpots that we liked and wanted four, but they only had three. My wife asked if they could get us one more, and they said they’d need a manager to call around and talk to managers of other stores, but couldn’t do it while she waited. Weird, but whatever. It took them over a week to get back to her about it. Eventually they called and said they had the three and got two more in. My wife said, “Cool, but we only need four.” We went in to pick them up and got charged for five. My wife pointed it out and the lady said, “But we got you five.” We declined again that we didn’t want or ask for five - we wanted four. The cashier struggled to understand, but eventually got it and refunded us for one. Then we got to the loading area. Maybe she was having a bad day or has some other stuff going on in her life, but the employee who loaded us up was one of the more unpleasant humans I e interacted with lately. All throughout, she acted like having to do her job was a total inconvenience for her. Like I said, super weird experience. We’re highly unlikely to ever go back.

Owner lives in a multi-million dollar house and can’t even be bothered to tip delivery drivers. I would never shop here. Greed at its finest
