Rusty Oak Nursery, Ltd.

Spent over $1500 on 6 trees. All of them were planted in the same area. Trees were tarped and transported carefully. I've been planting trees for years without issue. 5 of the trees are thriving and have new growth, but one is loosing needles and nearly dead after one month. After calling I was told they don't "warranty" any of their trees. Crazy to pay $240 for a tree to have it die a month later and refuse to do anything. Major structural roots were cut to fit them in burlap, so I'm not surprised. After spending $1500 they won't replace, or offer discount to replace one tree. Merely told I can buy another tree if I'd like one. I'm honestly shocked they didn't offer any solution whatsoever.

Worked with Jesse on a couple different things...some fruit trees and a Japanese maple.. This nursery is the best one I've worked with. They have a huge selection and really good quality trees and bushes. Was referred to them by my sister who bought from them a few years ago and I've been very happy with them.. Jesse knows every inch of that place and was able to drive us around and show us all the options and answer any questions we had. He clearly knows his trees! I'll refer him to all my neighbors and friends needing any landscaping.. Really a good, hard-working guy. Go here...you won't be disappointed. I've had to rebuy some things I already had done by a different place that either died or weren't growing.

We recently purchased a tree and installation services from Rusty Oak. We spoke to Kirk Cekada, who shared his time and expertise as we made our choice. We have purchased product from Kirk for several years and not only have we been happy with the product, his service is second to none. We hired Jesse Karman to install for us and you are not going to find a more friendly, hard working, knowledgeable person anywhere. We have hired other landscaping companies and have been disgusted with both their service and product. Rusty Oak is where we will coordinate all of our landscaping needs in the future.
