Be advised: this was false advertising coupled with poor communication. When I asked whether I had received the correct tree, the response was simply, “my bad!”—which I found completely unprofessional. Yes, I received a larger tree than what I purchased and for the same price, but that is not the point. I ordered a specific size and reasonably expected to receive that exact size, not a substitute accompanied by a mediocre explanation from the seller. If I had wanted a larger or more mature tree, I would have purchased one. This experience has been extremely disappointing and does not reflect good customer service or accurate representation of the product.

Thank you Zack, Aaron, and Maggie for helping me out. I forgot to pick up a bag of gravel for my personal garden when I was out, so I stopped by Rohrs because it was close. They set me up with a nice little pot of gravel when they really deal in far larger quantities of products for landscaping. They didn’t have to help me, but were very happy to do so. You guys saved me a lot of time. Thanks again
