This year I spent close to $5k mostly trees big ones with installation and had bought 2 bags potting soil for installation men’s to use in ground to sprinkle around new trees.first bag I opened had grayish mold looking thing inside so I didn’t open second one and when I came to return at dublin Granville location mgr Kevin said I will take sealed bag not open one as I can’t sell open one & I was like I opened that’s how I found it has grayish mold looking inside soil bag and your installers are already done putting trees in ground. He says this is still ok to use nothing wrong. I said I am done for this year and in past every time I have bought your potting soil I never found grayish mold looking inside. So how am I suppose to know it’s ok. He said he can take sealed bag back and opened one I will have to take back to other location where I bought it. I was sent to that location to buy trees as dublin Granville didn’t have all /enough in stock and now they can’t take return as I bought it at other location.Not to mention Kevin was very rude too the way he was loud yelling voice. Worst man ever I met in Oakland after all this years of shopping at Oakland nursery dublin Granville location.
