Poor communication, late (or no) order received. Contacting them and she only gives excuses for their untimeliness in fulfilling an order paid for MONTHS ago. Cold spring, then raccoons, then not enough staff. It's mid-summer now. NEVER AGAIN with these buffoons.

This place used to be a great place to shop at reasonable prices. Since COVID they refuse to open to the public, jacked up their prices, and charge exorbitant prices for shipment. Do yourselves a favor and make the drive to Aquatic Gardens of Ohio on Main Street in North Canton... Outstanding products and outstanding customer service. It's too bad, because I live and work 5 minutes from Tricker's, but they won't let me come get water lettuce and hyacinths anymore. I'll only buy stuff I can see and pick out in advance.. Also, I replace at least 1 pump and 1 filter per year... Also used to get those at Tricker's... Not anymore.
I purchased a tropical water lily from Tricker on 6/2. Over the weekend I realized I purchased the wrong lily. I contacted customer support to change my order which they kindly did. It was a 5$ difference in charge. They told me do not worry about the extra 5$. Shipping came quickly and packaged well. Plant arrived healthy. So, I received my item and as of now 7/21 take a look at some of the blooms this plant gave me. Very pleased with the experience. I would most definitely purchase from them again. PS: the lily name is director moore for anyone interested!
