I have been going to Sugar Grove to get my Christmas trees for the past 5 years. This year I am extremely disappointed. I went to Sugar Grove the day after Thanksgiving with my family and grandmother. We found our perfect trees, decorated them (we didn’t have a truck that day to transport) and came back on Sunday to pick them up. We found our two trees and my husband cut them down and we took them back to get wrapped. They wrapped them, got our ticket and went in to pay. 5 mins later, we got in the truck and pulled around to have them loaded. They couldn’t locate either of our trees! They said they accidentally gave BOTH of our trees to someone else! My kids are heartbroken and our only options were to go back in the freezing cold, find 2 more trees and cut them down, or get a precut tree. I understand we are all human, and we all make mistakes, but the way they handled this was just infuriating. They didn’t apologize and refused to give us our money back. We spent $170 and two days in the bitter cold, to leave with 2 precut trees that we are not happy with. Please do better Sugar Grove!

Awesome place to cut your own Christmas tree. There are many different varieties and sizes of trees to choose from.
