Im pretty sure they carry anything and everything for gardening, landscape and decor. They will literally chauffeur you around the large property. The staff was so helpful. Katie was very knowledgeable and helped us pick out the perfect bushes. I cant wait to go back.

I didn't appreciate the way I was treated today. I brought in a dead pine that I purchased less than a year ago for $90. Many garden centers and nurseries have a one-year guarantee. They told me because I didn't spend another $25 for that Mykes crap at the time of purchase they would not replace it. I said that's fine. I drove to the office to ask if they would at least dispose of my dead tree that I purchased there. The office manager called someone from the nursery to pick it up and another staff member laughed as if my request was the most ridiculous thing she had ever heard. Go to Gale's or Avonlea for native plants or any big box store. You will get much better service.

I was at the Chesterland store every day last week buying perennials for my back beds. It’s like Disneyland for gardeners. Huge selection, everything in great shape. Everyone was so helpful. Michael, in particular, stands it for his knowledge, patience and perspective in planting. The plants are probably a bit more than the box stores but the quality and service makes it well worthwhile.

Hands down the worst customer service I’ve experienced in a long time. I came in looking for help and was immediately treated like I was an inconvenience for simply asking a question. The cashier actually said, “We don’t have time to be your personal shopper,” with a nasty attitude instead of doing the bare minimum her job requires. If your employees are this miserable and bothered by customers, maybe don’t work in a business that relies on customer service. The arrogance and disrespect was unbelievable. I’ve never been spoken to so rudely in a store before. This place clearly has no interest in helping customers or creating a welcoming environment. I used to be a long time customer of Bremecs, but instead today I went to Gales.
