Love every part of this garden center! Came for the plants, stay for the amazing staff! I would say I’m a novice to gardening, lawn care, etc and this place has been a wealth of knowledge! I’ve never felt like lesser or talked down to because I’m a beginner. The staff is always willing to talk things out with you, hear your ideas, make suggestions, and even help you load your car if needed. The level of plant knowledge varies from person to person but I’ve never found anyone to have inadequate knowledge or not know how to get the answer, which is truly the greatest part. I was also fortunate to meet the owner who was so kind and helpful getting me set up to buy a couple of trees! I’ve bought potted plants and had trees planted by them; both exceptional. I’ve been slowly replacing all of my starter plants that I bought from other big chain stores because they look so sad next to the ones from Berns Garden Center. I will be back every season for something I’m sure!
