VERY DISAPPOINTED. We are new to the area and have shopped there before. Recently, I purchased 8 yards of the premium "black" mulch from Hope Timber. I was very purposeful that I wanted black and was willing to pay more. It got installed last week and it looked great. But it rained the next day and the next few days of the holiday weekend, but now my premium "black" mulch is now medium brown - I guess they merely die it black - apparently not a great die if it washes completely out and into my drains. Maybe it was a bad batch. However, I called the store to share my situation, no sorry it happened, or options to resolve... I was abruptly told there was nothing they could or would do about it, and that it was not their fault but instead was the fault of landscaper I used (Hmmmm). However, in the same conversation, ironically, she also said the color should last 1-2 years, so not sure how it's the landscaper's fault. And if the color is supposed to last that long, why would it matter if it rained 24 hours after install or 72 hours, or 2 weeks after? The die apparently was incorrect and going to come out early either way. Good money down the drain (pun intended).

I stopped in Hope Timber this morning to order topsoils to be delivered to my home. The service was outstanding and the delivery time was so much faster than I expected!
