I have a lucky bamboo that is in water. I has grown to 4ft tall and root bound. How would I transplant this and do i have to keep it in water or should it go in dirt?

Potting soil in a good size planter.  The bigger the pot the bigger it will grow. They can get huge with many root sprouts. Very invasive plants.  😀
