Called in to advise that I didnt see that my back yard was treated on cameras ,only the front was treated. I have been a customer for over 20 years , young lady that answered the phone 11:00 on 6-16 , was very rude and argumentative about what I was saying , didnt see the normal pellets on the grass that we normally get in a treatment .I understand all treatments are different. hung up with out even saying good-bye. customer service is everything . I will be getting quotes from other companies after this .

I called the store for the first time and spoke with Amanda who was very kind, friendly, and had excellent product knowledge. Amy was very kind too and billed my credit card over the phone. Scott picked out a beautiful Rose of Sharon for my mom and had it ready for pickup when I arrived and was so helpful, friendly and explained the planting instructions to me. Riley was very kind and brought it outside and very carefully secured it in my vehicle. The service from start to finish was amazing! Thank you all so much for the outstanding customer service and care! What a beautiful garden center and amazing team!!

I'm a 40 yr customer of Black Diamond. Purchased their recommended sports mix for bare spots on my front lawn. the seed will not germinate. Took unused seed back to the store. Manager tells me its illegal to reimburse me for seed
