Absolutely awful experience! I was overcharged by over $700 (I was charged for 14 hours of time when they were only here for less than 6 hours. They completed the job requested just fine (repairing a short on one zone) but kept stopping the job to work on other things that were not necessary or requested. I had to ask them multiple times to stop repairing “leaks” (which I suspect didn’t actually exist) and please only work on the job requested, charging me for parts and time that was not authorized. They technically fixed the short although it took TWO days to find and replace a relatively simple part. After I complained to the company about my experience communication with them has been just as bad. I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone, ever.

Oklahoma Irrigation & Advanced Drainage Solutions has serviced our sprinkler system every year since we have lived in Edmond. They have always done an excellent job. They came out this week to turn the system on after the winter months and found several leaks. They gave me an estimate of the repairs and had the work completed very quickly and at the estimated amount. Great job!!!

I had a very complex issue and Jay worked with me to come up with a solution that was very affordable. The planning, follow up, and completion was all performed in a timely professional manner. I would highly recommend Jay and his team for any size project.
