I spoke with three individuals during my visit and all were VERY knowledgeable. I could spend hours in their beautiful nursery.

The landscaping for our new home is almost complete and I couldn’t wait to write a review, and hopefully save someone from making the mistake of hiring a landscape company other than Wintercreek Restoration. To begin, my previous experience with landscape designers has been that they come up with a plan that may, or may not include plants that will thrive in your location. In stark contrast, Andria is an excellent listener and extremely knowledgable about plants and the micro climates in which they thrive. Plus, she has an artistic sense that enables her to create a plan that somehow combines the best of both looking natural and being interesting. Also, most landscape companies I’ve dealt with in the past hired laborers that had no knowledge of plants, and were only interested digging holes and tossing in plants. Again, Wintercreek is a stark contrast. Each and every one of their crew are smart, and know (and care) enough about plants to make sure the environment for each plant has been prepared in a way that will give it the greatest chance to thrive. They even make sure the spaces between plants are softly contoured and look natural. Save yourself frustration and disappointment: Hire Wintercreek Restoration.
I am amidst the arduous process of re-doing my yard, here in Bend. Any of you Central Oregonians know exactly the pains of finding a mix of creating a finished looking yard and using sustainable plants - I swear I can't keep plants alive anyway so my task is incrementally harder. The people at Winter Creek made my multi-day excavation and yard work easier. They were kind, helpful and went above and beyond the service I have experienced anywhere else. Andria took the time to look at my yard photos, discuss sunlight, make a plan/sketch and help me choose plants that will thrive -- she even steered me away from plants I wanted, but wouldn't do well (thank you!). Worth noting, a week later my plants are alive and actually doing well. I will definitely be going back to Winter Creek and highly recommend them if you are looking for natives that will do well in our climate and dont need heaps of water.
