I have purchased several plants over the years from Conifer Kingdom and have always received high quality plants that have done well in my yard. I recently purchased two Blue Sparkler American Larch and had one arrive in poor condition. I contacted Customer Service and had a quick response. I filed a claim and received a replacement immediately. The replacement plant arrived quickly and is doing well. I highly recommend Conifer Kingdom

Same day shipping upgrade? yes please no charge and the way it was shipped was better than competitors by far plus the biggest difference was the quality of the tree itself was way nicer than other well know competitors so much so I won’t even leave a review of theirs it was that bad!😔 So Thanks again CK for an awesome experience I’m a lifelong customer happily lol! 🍁
I just received seven plants on the east coast. Not knowing what to expect since Conifer Kingdom is on the west coast I have to state that I was extremely pleased that all of the plants were beautiful & healthy. Now it's up to me to keep them that way. If I need more plants that Conifer Kingdom supplies needless to say I will not even consider any other supplier. The entire process from ordering to receiving has been easy and very efficient. I am just so overwhelmed since I have bought a plant from Lowes and while the plant is OK, their packaging was less than stellar. Everything about Conifer Kingdom shouts "Quality".
Although one of my plants arrived in poor condition and did not recover, Conifer Kingdom handled the issue quickly and professionally with a prompt refund. I appreciate the excellent customer service and will continue to purchase from them in the future.
