I’ve bought flower baskets from Farmer’s Daughters for the past 5–6 years and have always had a great experience. Unfortunately, my visit today was disappointing. The two employees checking me out handled the baskets roughly, setting the pots down on the hanging vines. When I pointed it out, I was told “it would be fine” and that a little damage was okay. That response felt dismissive, especially when I was spending over $100. I expect better care for the flowers and better customer service.
