Been here since 0710. It's 1619 hrs and they still haven't gotten my trailer loaded. Best thing to do is drop your trailer and go to the gym or truck stop. Now I know for next time. They will definitely waste your whole day here. Super slow loading. I have done 100's of nursery loads over my 1.7 million mile trucking experience. Everything from Xmas trees, potted plants, large and small trees etc. This has been by far the slowest loading shipper ever. Thanks for wasting my whole day here and making it impossible for me to stay on schedule for my 4 deliveries. I suggest drivers bring breakfast, lunch and dinner when coming here. After everything, they loaded the product wrong. They put 1 pallet for 1st drop behind the wood and stop sign for the 2nd drop. Here's pictures to prove it. They took 9 hours to load and still couldn't get it right. Pathetic

The company is okay overall, but there are a few things to keep in mind. Loading takes a long time, so be prepared to lose 4–5 hours here. Also, the navigator brings you to the office, but trucks are not allowed to enter there. You need to keep driving farther down the road. There is a sign saying that shipping/loading is farther ahead, but it is placed past the office. They should put that sign before the office so drivers know where to go right away.
