Buyers beware…Despite the rude customer service over the phone and against my better judgement, I still took a chance ordering. I received my rose order and once opened, I realized the leaves were covered in white powdery spots, looks like powder mildew or some other disease and a brown weak or dead spot on the main branch. I sent pictures as instructed if not satisfied with my order and did not hear back. I called 2 times and and the last time I was told they were busy in a family meeting and would call back, I still heard nothing. I send another email and still have been blown off. I am so disappointed and feel like companies that practice business like this selling sick plants should not remain in business. I hope this review helps others avoid buying from them. Trust me, shop elsewhere.

This was my first order from Rogue Valley Roses, and unfortunately, it was a very disappointing experience. I had been searching for a long time for this specific variety, Bouquet Parfait, and this nursery was recommended to me as a reputable and trustworthy source. Based on that, I placed my first order for three roses. However, when I received the plants, I was honestly shocked. In all the countries I have lived in, I have never received planting material of such poor quality. What I received were extremely small, undeveloped one-year plants — essentially just freshly rooted cuttings with a few new leaves. These are not established plants ready for planting in the ground. At this stage, I now have to continue growing them myself until they become strong enough to survive transplanting. In my opinion, it is unacceptable and frankly embarrassing for a nursery to sell plants in this condition. I hope the company will reconsider its quality standards and provide customers with planting material that meets basic expectations.
I used the online mail order service they supply; then altered my order over phone. They were able and did it. They are genuine people that deserve the best rating a costumer could post them with. 5 stars! Thank you again♡
Love this Nursery! I bought Ispahan, Armide & Rosa Foliolosa and they all arrived happy & healthy. At first I felt like I was taking a leap due to a lot of negative reviews, nah, this place isn't bad at all. I recommend.
The roses arrived quickly in Healthy condition, in mid-December.. High compliments for the extensive planting and care instructions. Looking forward to seeing them grow and bloom as mature rose bushes.
