Tropical Plantae

They have a great selection of plants. I've ordered from them twice now, each as a father's day gift. This year (2026) I ordered 6 plants and only received 5. I immediately alerted them and they said they would send out a replacement free of charge. It's been a week now even with me doing a follow up email and I've gotten no response. Very frustrating of course, when your order is missing the most expensive plant and there's no further communication. I understand it's most likely the postal services doing. However leaving me in the dark about any sort of update seems very unprofessional and seems like they don't value their customers.

I received my mango tree 2 days ago it arrived sooner than expected and was a real pretty looking plant I have it resting before I put it in it container thanks alot will buy from again

The plant arrived in excellent shape. I'm certain it will do well once planted in the ground.

I placed my order on 06/17/2026 and never received anything and their website shows my order as COMPLETE. I sent the business a message through their website and I emailed them directly requesting information about my order, but nobody ever replied or answered me. Today is 07/04/2026 and, needless to say, the business is either a scam or the significant delay in shipping will result in me eventually receiving dead plants. I will take the matter up with my credit card company to recoup the money I paid them.
