Went to purchase $5000 dollars worth of trees the guy wouldn’t sell it to me I guess he didn’t like my skin color🤷♂️stay away from there

My husband I went today (Saturday) to buy a blue spruce tree to plant in our yard. It was 1:45 and the website said it was open til 4:00 pm. The gate was open when we walked in and a guy looked at us and said they closed at 2:00 but we could look around. We looked at two trees and an older woman (I believe the owner) came up to us and told us we had to leave because they were closed. I told her that the website said they were open til 4:00 and she replied, “Well we can’t fix that.” She escorted us to the gate and closed it and said they are only open til 12:00 on Saturday. She was very cold, unfriendly and acted as if we were bothering her. She never offered to give us a card, an apology for the inconvenience or anything that would resemble good customer service. 0/10 not even one star. We left and went to another nursery in Cranston and bought a beautiful tree a half hour later at a nursery on Atwood Avenue. Our advice…. go elsewhere! They don’t deserve your money or your business.
