Fast Growing Trees

Worst buying experience ever!!! They showed a 4’ lemon tree on their website. I purchased it and after waiting over a month I called to find out where it was. They said a couple of more weeks. After that I called again and they said they couldn’t get it but could get a 2-3’ tree. I agreed to take that. After two more weeks I called and they said they’d ship it out. It came a few days later and what I got was a skinny twig. It was $40 more that the one I got at Pukes nursery which was a very large shrub. Never again. Look at the difference.

I ordered a Colorado blue spruce maybe the 3 gallon not 100% it was around 100 bucks. I was excited, he is beautiful and perfect just as it should be. I’m gonna read up and make sure I plant correctly and do all of the things so this tree lives for many years. I recommend buying plants from here. The customer service department, his name is Elvis was super nice and helpful.

I purchased 6 vines that cost a little less than $100 each. When they were finally delivered after a 2 month wait, one of the vines was badly damaged inside the box, even though the box had no apparent damage to it whatsoever, which would indicate it was packed that way. The bamboo support stake was snapped in half and 95% of the vine stems were broken as well. I reached out to customer support for a replacement which was denied by a customer service person named Beverly, who did her best to "hear me" but wasn't listening and wouldn't issue a replacement. So now I'll have to wait another year for the vine to grow to a reasonable size, assuming it survives the 95 degree temperatures (I ordered in early May so I wouldn't be planting in mid July). I won't ever order from this company again. Buyer beware.

Purchased 13 trees and shrubs that all died. Was told by customer service that they cannot issue a refund on my original payment method as they can only issue store credit or reorder the original items as stated by their warranty. The issue is they don’t have my original items in stock and do not know when they will come in so they are only willing to give me store credit. I don’t need the store credit if I can’t buy what I want. They will not refund my payment method and are essentially holding my money hostage in store credits for crap plants they supplied us. They are a terrible company who treats their customers like trash. I would never recommend this supplier to anyone and would take head purchasing their bad products knowing they’ll hold your money hostage on the refund.

I am extremely disappointed. I ordered an apple tree as a gift for my husband's birthday. I have ordered many plants from other companies and all have arrived healthy. The apple tree that arrived from Fast Growing Trees looked in poor condition and diseased. Many of the leaves were brown or bright yellow. I will not order from this company again.
