I ordered a Rhubarb and Custard dahlia, but that’s not what I received. It’s pretty, but not what I was hoping for. Instead of peachy, cream and red hues, I got light purple and cream 🤷🏼♀️

For my birthday last April I purchased some very nice canna lillies tubular. When they were fully grown, they were completely wrong. I reached out to the seller and she confirmed with pictures i provided that the wrong items were shipped. She assured me that she would send the correct items this year spring. We'll it's June and nothing. She lied about re shipping them and failed to provide tracking information. She claimed to refund my account but also nothing. .this situation proved my fear of shopping on etsy. I reported the situation to etsy customer service and it's being dealt with. Also,many customers on Etsy page reported the same exact thing. I felt as though I was being fooled. I just wanted proof by tracking number to say it was really sent, or proof that my account was credited, but I got neither,that's when I lost trust. To be fair she was not disrespectful and she was apologetic in the end. I just don't understand how I couldn't get a refund.
