I called this morning asking if they had any concrete bird baths in stock. The sales associate said yes and that she would text me pictures. She went out and took pictures of the concrete bird bath plus some ceramic bird baths that they had in stock and texted me the pictures within minutes of me calling. She also went back to check the prices. She could have easily just said yes and hung up but she went above and beyond. I also found variegated society garlic that I was looking for. Hidden Ponds is a wonderful nursery with wonderful staff!!

I love this place. Hidden ponds is a hidden gem, guaranteed to please all members of your family. Come for high quality plants, and stay for the sights and animals 🐐. A testament to the quality… I purchased some plants here and then made a quick trip to Lowe’s when I realized I needed more. The hidden ponds plants are thriving, and the Lowe’s ones all died / are barely hanging on! You also know when shopping at hidden ponds that the plants are meant for our soil and climate. Not the case at other garden stores. Highly recommend.

On my visit today, a young lady asked if I needed assistance. 1st time experience since I've been shopping there for over 20 years. I wish I had gotten her name but she was awesome and the young man that rang me up was also very helpful.
