Asking for a time frame for install on a Friday for a Monday install is too much for someone at this location. Instead of saying they will get back to me with a time frame the response is that it's 8 to 4 pm. For those with jobs this kind of customer service is unacceptable. At least try.

$600+ for the hurricane palm to die after a couple months. Root ball was buried too deep. No compensation.
