I bought 45 4-5' American Pillar thujas at the u pick up price. MUCH CHEAPER! I rented a truck to pick them up and still much cheaper. Roy's workers loaded them. The trees are beautiful. I am looking forward to our backyard privacy planting.
Pricey? I think so, however from our experience you get what you pay for when it comes to trees. When you consider the VERY fast shipping, the excellent health of the tree and the true size maybe not so much. In our situation we needed instant privacy. We are selling our Mccormick SC home and 3 out of the four showings mentioned privacy. Had another showing today and it wasn't mentioned. In the late spring summer months we have the privacy but not late winter early spring.
The trees made it to me in great shape. These are really nice trees. I called them before I ordered with a couple of questions, very nice on the phone and informative. They were shipped and packed better than some electronics I have received. I couldn't be more impressed. I will put up pics once they are in the ground in the next day or so. I ordered ten 5-6 ft. American Pilar.
Planted American Pillars in spring 2023 at 3 ft tall. They doubled in size after 1 year in the ground. Can’t wait to see how they grow year after year. Shipping was on time and well packaged.
