I came in to receive customer service on a Japanese Maple ($350) that died 4 weeks after purchasing and planting it. I asked them for help and if they would swap it with a $50 replacement bush. The guy at the counter was arrogant towards me and said, "I am not the one who killed it you are." I have bought probably $3000 worth of trees & bushes at this business and wouldn't come back. Poor customer service and obviously not business savvy given the details I shared above. I'll tell my friends and family the same.

If you are looking to grow some beautiful plants I suggest you to come to Spring Hill garden center and nowhere else. They are kind, patient and will sell you exactly what you need not more. This will be my go to place from now on

Our favorite place to go every spring. The staff is always amazing. The prices are slightly more than a big box store but it is also a much better product.
