Took a chance and ordered 34 plants late in the season for a new tiered garden just installed for a retaining wall. All the plants arrived in excellent conditions and most were large/well-established for the container size. They were shipped and received in about a week. Just planted them 4 days ago, and a primrose has already decided to bloom!

Bought a 5 gallon Eve's necklace. The rootball was less than 6". The largest trunk was about 1/4". I called and said I had bought larger plants in a 1 gallon pot and I never would have bought this if I had seen it in person. I was told what I described fit "our standard" for an 5 gallon plant and the only option for me was to pay return shipping and a 20% restock fee. Companies can have whatever policy they like, but this plant was so much smaller than expected, I think taking care of it would have been a better move. I'll never buy from them again.
