Jill "the manager" has little to no customer service / social skills. The actual store is great, vast selection and good prices. 5 stars for the store... However, If you have mobility issues do not attempt to shop here, Jill was rather bothered by my elderly grandmother requesting a few prices so she could make a selection. At least my grandma disregarded how rude you were and still bought, because of the high quality of product. She would have loved to buy more, But the one item seemed to be enough of a annoyance for the worker.. Or maybe it was us? Hopefully if we return the service will be dramatically improved. *Edit after AI reply: I find it disrespectful that for 3 years this company ignored this review, then after the employee quit they came back solely for Google ratings to give an AI response/ generic apology. Y'all didn't care then that she wouldn't give pricing or help, why care now? Just to look better on your review reply rating? Smh do better and actually care. My grandma was shopping for her son's grave and wanted to get several pieces but Jill had such an attitude that we just got the one item price checked and carried to the register and got out of there. If she had a more tolerable attitude then we would have compared more items and left with several, but clearly we couldn't carry the items or find prices, some where on the BOTTOM of the concrete pieces, y'all really expect customers to be able to roll them over and price check and carry them to the front and load them? Let alone one elderly and the other pregnant? You sell concrete yard art, expect to have to help people with them. Smh. And reply 3 years later? Do better. Side note, the one item we were able to purchase is still in good condition and has been graveside for 3 years. Good quality product. Needed help to unload. Extremely heavy / good quality.
