Calloway's Nursery

Kirsten was so helpful!! My wife and I were looking for some plants that would work in a shady area and she was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. We also had our three kids with us, and she was so sweet and patient with them, which we really appreciated. Customer service like that is hard to find these days. We’re going to measure our space, and will definitely be back on Tuesday to make our purchase. Thanks again for making the whole experience so enjoyable—we’re looking forward to coming back!

John Jenkins… Thank you! I was shopping up at the Callaway’s in Carrollton off Parker, and I bought a beautiful lime light hydrangea in tree format. We were trying to get it in my car, and John says no let me take it in my car. I’ll just follow you home! I asked the young lady what the gentleman’s name was and she said she didn’t know - he doesn’t work here! Where do you see that kind of caring and kindness to others? You’re just amazing John Jenkins! If you’re John’s Neighbour, please thank them for me. You saved my tree and me! By the way, the Carrollton location always has fresh, plentiful supply of plants. I worked with Sarah (manager) last year doing a backyard re-design. I’m interior designer inside and out! I ordered 60-70 plants and they are still looking fabulous. Their customer service is top notch. I wish I caught the young lady that was helping me. We were both stunned at John Jenkins generosity! Truly appreciate it!

Knowing nothing about plants and after visiting several nurseries and walking away frustrated and empty-handed, we stopped into Calloway's-Hebron. Josh was AMAZING & knowledgeable in picking plants for our backyard. We had the best experience with him!

Layne has been such a treasure to work with. She is incredibly knowledgable about plants, has great design ideas and always has a joyful disposition. She goes above and beyond. I definitely plan on working with her again in the future!

I had a very unpleasant visit to the Hebron location this past Mother's day with Kirsten. I went to take advantage of the 30% discount and chose a Rose of Sharon Topiary which I carried myself to the register because there was no one to help. I was told by Kirsten that only the Proven Winners were on sale and not the Monrovia which I had chosen. I explained that the email I received did not say that but she would not give me the discount. I went home and printed up the email and returned the next day to show her and she did not even apologize. She merely said pick another plant and she will give me her "employee discount". Her manner was dismissive and a bit aggressive making it a very unpleasant experience. I shop at this location all the time and have ALWAYS received the best customer service. The employees are so helpful. If I decide to return to this location I hope never to come across Kristin again.
