Whoever answers the phone is really rude, no customer service whatsoever.

Extremely rude woman came up yelling due to parking in the wrong area. No signage to indicate it was separated from a business across the street. Love gardening, would never buy here after being treated so poorly over a simple mistake.

Lady was very friendly and helpful.

I called these folks 3 times about a 21 foot Florida Sabal . The first time I spoke with a man who gave me a price per foot and I told him I would take it , he told me he would call the following week for an approximate date , never heard from him . I called a month later and spoke to a lady who said she was the owners daughter and was apologetic for no one getting back to me . I was told she would speak with her father and get back with me , never happened. I saw on their FACEBOOK page that they received a new shipment in . I called and again spoke with the owners daughter and again was apologetic about not getting back with but they didn't have that size in their new shipment but would speak with her father and get back to me the next day and that was a month ago and no call . I suggest going somewhere else where they will call you back !!
