Aquaterratopia

We went here and had our pond water tested and the owner said it was perfect. We bought 1 Koi and 4 goldfish. Brought them home let them float in the bag as we were instructed to do. One goldfish died last night and today the Koi and another goldfish died. I called the owner and told him what had happened and he immediately tells me there is no replacing. He said there is a big sign when you check out telling you this. I reminded him that he is the one who said our water was perfect. Then he goes on to say that they don't check for everything when they do a water check. He said they don't check for pesticides or household chemicals??? I told him we don't have any of that near our pond. I also told him we have Koi that have been in there about 9 months that are still alive and I also told him we have bought fish, plants and supplies from him. He said no refund or replacement. So we have gone to Aquaterratopia for the last time. There is a great place called Keller Farms that sell anything you need for an outdoor pond or aquariums. This will be our place for fish. plants or anything we need. Pricing is a lot better too. If I could give zero stars to Aquaterratopia I would. Be warned they don't care about you the paying customer. Don't want to send photos of dead fish.

My go to store for carnivorous plants. Great selection and super healthy.

Our family really appreciate the small business feel here. They're so open to hearing your aquarium, plant or terrarium concerns and to share their advice. It's a super fun place for kids and adults to enjoy the wide variety of store pets and plants, never mind what you can purchase to take home. They even have a summer reading incentive program for the kids which is so sweet and enriching to the community. Appreciate yall so much! Keep it up 👏

Beautiful place with all kinds of reptiles- snakes, lizards, tortoise, fish tanks and food for all the animals.
