I called over a week ago. The voicemail says that due to the high volume of SPAM calls they no longer answer the phones, but if you leave a voicemail, they will call you back immediately. I left a voicemail asking if they have Passion Flower Plants because their website said they did, but I do not live nearby and didn't want to waste a drive over. They never called back, so since I was off today, I figured I would risk it. My fault. However, when I mentioned I called, left a message and they never called back, the young woman mentioned the SPAM call thing. That's great, but if your voicemail tells people to leave a message for an immediate return call, you should actually follow through. I am a business owner and carry three phone lines with me daily, I GET IT. However, I always call clients back. Not only do they not have passion flower plants, bummer, but the plants in their entryway are droopy and not looking great. Add to that the acknowledgement that they won't answer the phone and I fact do not call people back - in a situation where I would have otherwise looked around and probably purchased something else (plantaholic here), I left instead.

I love this place! The plants are always gorgeous and there’s a wide selection of indoor plants! The staff is super kind and helpful!
This is one of my favorite garden centers in the metroplex! Always such a good selection of plants and all of the employees are very helpful! The sweet girl in the store was very helpful while searching for a houseplant as a gift for a friend of mine! And I LOVE the building.
I do enjoy shopping here and have done so for many years. Yesterday I was highly disappointed in their customer service. I called to confirm if they had any geraniums left for my mother. The young lady on the phone assured me they had them in stock. My mother drove 45 minutes to get there only to discover they had zero geraniums and that the girl said her manager told her just to say yes on the phone. Not only was my mom disappointed she also wasted a lot of gas considering gas is super expensive right now. The lie that was shared over the phone was not appreciated. #dentonplantfactory please do better.
