Chad and Greg are amazing! I've had many interactions with Greg helping me figure out what's wrong with my plants/shrubs several times by showing a picture of them and when he recommends something, it works!! My brother and I had our first interaction with Chad last weekend and he was absolutely amazing. He took alot of time helping us as I'm a beginner in gardening. He walked us step by step on what to buy and exactly what to do. HANDS DOWN AMAZING. He even talked to my 9yr old daughter ( it's her garden) and showed her how to germinate seeds in containers. It was like a full on tutorial! 😅 Exactly what we needed! She was / is sooo excited. We definitely walked out feeling confident and our check out bill knew it 🤑

Sometimes this place is super crowded and even though there were a lot of people here, the lines moved very quickly and there were a lot of employees that were keeping the chaos with carts to a minimum. -- update from 4 years ago starts here... Their soil is a favorite of ours and we will come here just for bags of soil when we need them. Was 15 minutes before closing time and was in and out. Place is well maintained. The potting soil was cheaper than when we bought it during COVID but I guess that's to be expected (I mention it because that's an oddity for things to be CHEAPER 😂😂). Will continue shopping here

Many of the indoor house plants were overwatered or had leaves with browning. Was hoping to find higher quality here than at a Lowe’s or Home Depot. And it didn’t seem like they had enough staff to help people. I was waiting to speak with someone for a while and I just ended up leaving because they were too busy. Also found it disappointing that they didn’t check in with customers to see if they were finding everything okay. Even Home Depot garden staff was far more attentive.

Excellent assortment of plants and trees. Herbs are healthy and plentiful. Staff is knowledgeable and friendly.
