Hi Cheri - We do sell ladybugs, and typically have them well stocked in the spring! However, we do not have them in the stores right now as we can’t bring them in if the temperature is above 90 degrees. I have two potted hibiscus plants that I just got this season. The plants are growing nicely and have many buds but the buds do not bloom. What can I do to amend this?

Thank you for the question. A Hibiscus will typically not bloom for one of the following reasons: Not enough sun, too much phosphorus in the soil, or not enough water. We recommend checking the location of your Hibiscus plants to ensure they receive enough sun and are watered appropriately. What are the Covid safety practices like here?

All of our team members are required to wear masks at all times and take a temperature check. We clean each of our cash stands, tables, carts, and every high-touch surface multiple times a day. Distancing a minimum of 6 feet per the CDC's recommendations, and we encourage customers to continue to wear masks. We do offer disposable masks for customers to wear in the store upon request.

Does anyone know if they are dog friendly?

Question 9

Last fall I accidentally spray roundup on pansies to keep the rabbits from eating them. Will this affect the soil so new plants this spring will not grow in this spot?

Based on research Roundup can last up to 10 months in soil, but it will vary based on location of the soil patch, weather, etc. It's likely that your new plants will be fine, but we would recommend contacting our store at 214-436-8973 for assistance with any of our Texas Certified Nursery Professionals.

We certainly do deliver! Our charge for delivery is $50 to any location within a 10 mile radius of the store the item(s) is purchased from. Anything outside of that 10 mile radius is an additional $2 per mile in both directions.
