The plants and scenery here are absolutely beautiful, well-maintained, and very peaceful to walk through. Unfortunately, the experience was completely ruined by the state of the bathroom. It was absolutely disgusting, and the toilet was entirely filled with gnats, flies, and bugs, making it completely unusable. It is a shame that such a nice outdoor space is dragged down by a severe lack of basic hygiene.

So many plants with friendly workers. They know their plants, location and can tell you how to take care of them. They have lots of pottery and planters. It’s pretty awesome!

The plants are absolutely beautiful! Wide variety of plants and reasonable prices! But it might be my last time shopping here unfortunately due to the lack of customer service. I needed some tips about a few of my plants, and the man named Ron was extremely rude. I asked him for some advice on some of my plants, and he just turned around and ignored me. Another employee came to help me and I got the advice I needed. I didn't feel welcomed until I was helped out by the kind lady at the register. It seemed that every employee I interacted with was very happy to help except him. I hope that the next time I come back to shop, I will feel welcomed to do so.

I wanted to plant trees in my yard, but my yard is small and I needed help in placement, type, purchasing and planting. A neighbor down the road recommend Grizzly's Hidden Falls Landscaping. I called and was quickly put in touch with Ben Gillian. Ben was very happy to come out and help me with all of it. We made an appointment and he showed up promptly with Josh Gillian, and together we made a plan. About a week later (April 17) four workers showed up to plant my trees! The workers were friendly, professional and they worked very hard getting my trees perfectly placed and firmly planted. Tim and Will took the backyard, while Derrel and Travis planted my Red Oak in the front. One tree had yet to arrive, but a few days later Derrel returned with Nate. The tree was planted and a beautiful stone ring was placed around the tree in my front yard. Nate was so patient placing and leveling each stone. It is just perfect! All are just awesome guys and they worked very well together. I could not be happier with entire process. I highly recommend Ben and his team!
