If the local store did not carry any item we requested; Theresa sourced the inventory of other Calloway Stores and delivered the product to us. Used to be a years-long patron of this Calloways, but no longer. The past few visits the customer service at this location behind the counter has been declining, as well as the quality of the plants. What did it for me was the shock of seeing an ornamental plant I was looking for that looked cosmetically awful (torn leaves, broken stems, lots of scorched dead brown leaves). Not okay when its the only one left and the price for it with tax is close to $100. When I asked the manager about the possibility of a little discount given the quality, she declined, saying that they have a money-back guarantee if I decided to return it. Upon further inspection, I dodged a bullet because it had signs of scale and mites, so I left it there.
