Helped me select a beautiful desert willow that exceeded expectations. Less than two months after transplant and it’s pushing new growth and flowers, look at that color!

Very friendly staff. Lots of plants to look at - indoor and outdoor. Lots of varieties. A great place for a plant person to stop and browse.

Received completely damaged plants that were packaged on their sides, and dried out dirt spilled all over plastic bag and bottom of box. One plant had roots entirely exposed during transit. The majority of the leaves on all three plants were brown and brittle, needing very time consuming, and careful trimming off, leaving us with nothing reflecting what we ordered. Each day more brown pieces need to be trimmed off the pathetically struggling plants, despite following all the well researched rescue steps of potting soil, deep watering, keeping in shade several days to recover, etc. Nursery's response refers to Return and Refund Policy, and to file a claim with shipper. How could I return the plants in their original condition when I never had a chance to even see what they looked like resembling their original condition? Not a good way to give good customer service, as this only leaves us with awful looking plants.
