Worst experience ever …, having recently moved to Texas we were excited to go out and purchase not one but two Xmas trees for the holidays so we came upon this very bright and festive location… after looking at several trees we chose two very full and nice trees to purchase… the helpers were young and it was obvious it was a “numbers” game as their convo was all about how many they had sold … they took our trees to the other side and pointed us in the direction to go pay … didn’t get to see if the trees we got were the ones we picked or if the stumps had been recut to assure freshness once home…well needless to say its not Xmas yet and both trees are dried up and droopy and yes we have kept them watered … that was easily the worst $500 plus we ever spent on what should had lasted through the holidays …will never do our future holiday Xmas tree shopping at this location again …. expensive lesson learned ;(

Great customer service! We have purchased our tree here many times over the years. The trees are normally good but the last two years, they have both dried out quickly. We water the same way each year. Disappointed to spend more than the big box store price but get similar quality.
